Open a support ticket

Your shop sends you a private link that looks like your support link . Open it. Type a subject and a message. Send. The ticket appears on the same page. Keep one issue per ticket so the shop can follow it. If you only have the email, paste the whole link on the home page — you do not need to pick the token out by hand.
