Customer support
A business that uses SayCompute sends you a private link. That link is how you open a ticket, follow a job, pay an invoice, book a time or apply for a role. There is no account to create here.
How this site works
- Open a support ticket Use the link your shop sent you, then send a subject and a short message.
- Find your portal link Only the shop that sold to you can issue a portal link.
- What this site is for Tickets, booking, careers, interviews and files: each has its own door.
- What ticket status means New, Open, Pending, Solved, and Closed are the only statuses.
- Reply to an existing ticket Open the ticket from your list, send a reply, or attach a file.
- Tasks, invoices, and files Some shops open a workspace on the same link.
- Orders, invoices, and payments Ask about an order by number. Pay an invoice from Workspace when the shop has enabled it.
- Returns and replacements Start a ticket with the order number and what is wrong.
- Book a time with the shop Use the shop's /Book/ link. The home page will route a pasted booking URL.
- Apply for a role Use the shop's /Careers/ code. Apply once per role.
- Complete an interview Use the /Interview/ link the hiring team sent. Submit once.
- Hours and response time The shop sets hours. This portal does not staff a third-level desk.
