Orders, invoices, and payments

Include the order or invoice number in the ticket. The shop runs SayCompute for bookkeeping and inventory. They can see the same customer record your portal link is tied to. Do not send card numbers. If Workspace shows an unpaid invoice and a pay button, use that. Relancy does not take the payment — Stripe or PayPal does, for the shop.
