What ticket status means

New is a ticket the shop has not touched. Open means someone at the shop is working it. Pending means they are waiting on you. Solved means they think it is done — you can rate it 1 to 5. Closed is finished. Reply on a Solved ticket if it is not actually done — that reopens it.
