Tasks, invoices, and files

On your portal home, open Workspace if the shop has enabled it. You will see tasks they chose to share, unpaid invoices you can pay by card or PayPal, files they sent you, and file requests you can upload into. If Workspace is not listed, the shop has not turned that door on for your plan. Ask them — do not create a second ticket about a missing menu.
